Brent Savage is one of Australia’s most successful exports, leading the way in the culinary field with his multi-award winning restaurant group, Bentley Restaurant Group. 

Growing up in the Blue Mountains, Savage began working under Phillip Searle at Blackheath’s Vulcans restaurant. Honing in on the craft of working with foraged, fresh and local produce, Savage cites his experience here turning cooking into a “creative process rather than a task.”

In 2006, the concept for Savage’s flagship restaurant, Bentley Restaurant and Bar was born in collaboration with renowned sommelier, Nick Hildebrandt. Today the pair also run Cirrus, Yellow, Monopole under the restaurant group, employing over 50 staff across all venues. 

Driven by the passion of all things food, Savage’s impressive portfolio is a testament to ambition and curiosity forging the way in the journey towards reaching ones dreams.
